Terms and Conditions – batpor Online Gaming Platform

1.General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and batpor ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the batpor website and all services offered through it, including casino games, sports betting, slot games, fish games and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager on batpor, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing batpor from Pakistan. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). batpor supports PKR deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card and other approved mobile wallets.

2.Account Registration

To use batpor's real-money services, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes after registration.

• You may hold only one batpor account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your real name, date of birth, contact details and a valid payment method that belongs to you. Third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
• batpor reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method.
• Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension until verification is satisfied.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify batpor immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.Age Verification

batpor is an adult entertainment platform. Access to real-money betting, casino games and all other paid features is strictly restricted to persons aged 18 years and above.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction.
• batpor reserves the right to carry out age verification checks at any time. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC or other official identification document.
• Where age verification reveals that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after a review period. Winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on batpor are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card and approved mobile wallets.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
• All payment methods used for deposits must belong to you. batpor does not accept third-party payments. Using another person's payment account — with or without their permission — will result in account suspension and may result in funds being held pending investigation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit and verified as belonging to you. This is a security measure to protect player funds.
• batpor processes withdrawal requests without unnecessary delay. Standard processing times apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of request. VIP members from Gold tier upward receive priority withdrawal processing.
• batpor reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is standard procedure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing.
• Deposits are made at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you are depositing funds you can afford to use for entertainment purposes.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

batpor offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page before you claim the offer.

• Bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements and expiry dates — are stated in full before the bonus is claimed. batpor does not change bonus terms after you have claimed an offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use and are not a mechanism to generate guaranteed profit. They should be treated as entertainment value, not income.
• batpor reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus is credited to your account, the terms that applied at the time of claiming remain in effect.
• Bonus abuse — including attempts to circumvent wagering requirements, use multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploit technical errors — will result in the removal of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to a maximum bet rule while wagering requirements are in progress. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet per spin or per market while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6.VIP Programme

The batpor VIP programme offers five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with escalating benefits including weekly PKR cashback, priority withdrawals, dedicated account managers and exclusive promotions.

• VIP tier progression is based on accumulated loyalty points earned through real-money wagering across all platform sections, including casino, sports betting, slot games and fish games.
• Weekly cashback paid to VIP members is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement. Cashback is calculated based on net losses during the preceding week and credited by Monday.
• VIP status is subject to periodic review. Tier status may be adjusted at the end of a review period if cumulative points do not meet the threshold for the current tier. Players will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, account manager access and withdrawal processing priority — are defined per tier and may be updated. Players will be informed of material changes to VIP benefit structures.
• VIP membership does not alter or waive any other provision of these Terms. All general rules, bonus terms and responsible gaming obligations continue to apply regardless of tier.
• Dedicated account managers at Platinum and Diamond tier are there to assist with account queries and platform navigation. They are not authorised to encourage increased spending or stakes.

7.Betting and Casino Rules

All games and betting markets on batpor are subject to specific game rules available within each game or market. These general terms apply across all platform sections.

• Bets are final once confirmed. batpor does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except where a clear technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement — including server interruptions, incorrect odds display or settlement errors — batpor reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid as a result of a clearly erroneous settlement may be reclaimed from player balances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within the game or betting interface.
• Live betting markets may be suspended without notice during a match event. Bets placed before suspension are settled based on the market rules in effect at the time of placement.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 and other sporting event markets are settled according to official result sources. In cases of dispute, the decision of the relevant sporting authority is final.
• batpor does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market. Games may be removed or temporarily unavailable due to provider maintenance or other technical reasons.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on batpor and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents during verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or facilitating transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or calculation mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any software designed to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing batpor support staff or other platform users.

9.Account Suspension and Closure

batpor reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, batpor may withhold balances pending investigation. Funds that were deposited legitimately and are not connected to the breach will be returned after the review is complete. Bonus funds and associated winnings connected to a breach will be forfeited.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be completed to the player's verified payment method.

10.Privacy and Data

batpor collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing and customer support purposes.
• batpor does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Communication preferences, including promotional emails and notifications, can be managed from your account settings.

11.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) can be set from your account settings and take effect immediately when set.
• Session time reminders and automatic logout after a defined period can be configured from your account.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is available to any player who wishes to take a break from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• batpor will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional messages during their exclusion period.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batpor's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds in the player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• batpor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
• batpor is not responsible for connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service interruptions that affect your ability to access the platform or place bets.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13.Amendments to These Terms

batpor reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of batpor after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the change takes effect.

• These Terms are written in Pakistan English and are intended to be read and understood by Pakistan players. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain and natural meaning of the relevant provision will apply.
